What A Wierd Plane!.

Was out doing a service on some plant machinery at Castle Cements Padeswood works the other day when i heard a plane coming over quite low, looked up and saw 'The Beluga'.



It was coming into land at the British Aerospace works in Broughton where it ships fully built aircraft wings so i was told. What a strange looking bit of kit!.

something that really impressed me that i have just been reminded of seeing that Nasa plane, is the way they transport shuttles across america.
any one ever seen it? - i expect most be have seen how they do it, but its great.
they piggie back the shuttle on the back of a 747 ! gennius

A 747 had to fly from England with a shuttle on it for some reason when I was a kid, our teacher learnt we were under the flight path where it would be low so we all got to do a lesson outside so we could see the shuttle when it came over.

How cool would that of been . BTW, got some stuff going in the post for you after the weekend Pyle, if i can get half an hour away from broken cars and computers that is!.
