As I keep telling people, I am not cheap, rather Mr Vanguard Of Tramp Chic.

I am wearing treadbare clothes, my beard hasn't been trimmed in ages and I am about to crash on a threadbare futon matress on the floor

My desk is looking a little more cluttered since that pic, there's a printer on the other side of the desk and CD's all over the place! Marvin's still there, have to get it tidied when me soundsticks come

turns out it's not good to get too hungry with not enough sleep on top.

lunch and a nap sorted things out, now i don't feel like i might fall over

nothing is happening here (weather holding up job), so i'm mainly thinking about getting home tomorrow

Have some people lost the ability to communicate when using a phone?

Why is it as soon as people stick a piece of plastic to their ear, their brains then disengage and their verbal skills revert back to what our cavemanic relatives used for communication all those millions of years ago?

I used to be like that, don't mind them so much now though. Still prefer to speak face to face or over text/email/messenger though. Oh and i *never* put out tanoys when offshore if i can possibly help it. Two reasons: 1) you have to use a phone 2) you get to hear yourself over the tanoy system, and no normal person likes to hear themselfs speak (people on TV and in music are therefore not normal )

Right now though i'm a bit pissed off. Been waiting for a chopper all day, but winds are 60 gusting to 65 knots so no flights

    hopefully tomorrow.

There's something fundamentally wrong with watching Bridget Jones's Diary and noticing parallels with my life, in fact I am fairly sure there's something wrong with watching said film full stop.

100 pounds, too many rollies, and not nearly enough booze, and with that off to find more alkamahol.
