I don't know about some of you - but I don't see the fuss over these consoles - yet my friend ordered a console ages ago from Game Station - full package. He was 'GUARENTEED' a package on a certain date as they were allocating stock they'd been confirmed they were getting. Anyone after that was told to come back later.
He receives a phone call informing him he's not getting it on that date - but a week later! A little niffed, he's waited until this week when he's been told they have no idea when he's going to get it at all!
No compensation and technically his deposit is non-refundable. He even bought an extra game pad on the idea he was getting the station before xmas. Just to annoy him further, they are supplying the base systems!
Anyone else here in the same boat? (sorry if there's another expletive thread elsewhere...)
