Broken laptop - What to do ?

I have had for a while now a Panasonic CF-M1 Let's Note laptop. For those unfamiliar with it, it is a very slim design laptop (~1.8kg) with an integrated cd drive only sold in Japan.
2 years or so ago, I stepped on it and broke the screen. My house content insurance paid for a replacement - I got a dell LS400 at the time.

Now, this little laptop still works great - but the battery no longer charges and the screen is gone but connected to the mains and with a monitor, it is the ultimate SFF!

The specs aren't great - Celeron 333, 128Mb RAM and a Toshiba HD 8.4Gb but it still runs XP.

Now my question is what to do with it, no real use for it...

Do I
1) sell the parts on Ebay
2) sell the complete unit
3) other
