I personally do not like the way Google have implemented this.
When you publish the pages it gives the link username.googlepages.com
How hard would it be to create a spambot to cypher all the links and then reverse them so you get the valid email address of the person that created the page.
Not exactly safe is it?
What about young children and the threat of their email addresses being found out by perverts as well?
I think they must change this to protect peoples email addresses sharpishly, until they do I would not touch this with a barge-pole.
