guidance please

Due to my recent thread you may or may not know what i'm going on about, inaway heres the recent thread

inaway, basicly all i want to know is cheapest place for

graphics card
cpu
ram

but looking throw gallarys on other forusm ive seem water cooled systems and they look brilliant, so i want to know a cheap place for water cooling package, something cheap ish, but with some sort of guages / display which will fit into 1 of the slots were my cd drives go.

p.s - mods sorry for makeing threads in the general section, i cant seem to find the right sections to put things.
