Currently you can listen to streams of most of the BBC radio programmes up to a week after transmission.

I think I read somewhere that they wanted to put similar limits on the programmes. i.e. you would be able to dwonload them (via some kind of p2p system I think) and watch as many times as you wanted, but only until a week after transmission, and after this they won't play (asltohugh not sure how they were going to acheive this...?)
