My girlfriend works for the BBC and sometimes sends me some of the complaints they get for a laugh... It's quite unbelievable how many people complain about such stupid little things.

If I get some I'll see if I can post them up.

    Eurovision Song Contest

Felt that Terry Wogan was a poor choice of presenter. "I do not know why Terry Wogan was allowed to mock this serious song contest." - "Serious" song contest?

    General

Feels that Ainsley Harriott is on television too much. "He is on a hospital programme in the morning then on a cooking programme later that day. It is not right."

    Lee Evans XL Tour 2005

Felt that the programme was of a poor quality. "The amount of filthy language coming from this programme was shocking. If I wanted disgusting jokes and bad language I would have spent my night in a pub. He's not even funny."

Thought that the programme was of a poor quality. "Lee Evans is stupid and not in the least bit funny. I wouldn't go and see him if it was free."

    Line of Beauty

Felt that the programme was offensive and unsuitable for broadcast. "Why do you feel the need to promote homosexuality? It is everywhere on the BBC." -

    Ten O’Clock News

Claimed that the Financial Editor told viewers not to jump off a high building just yet when referring to the stock market news. "I found this very offensive as my friend did exactly this a couple of weeks ago and hopefully her kids did not watch the programme."

    Top Gear

"Jeremy Clarkson stated that the only model of Ford Cortina that had a black vinyl roof was the 1973 MkIII 2000E, however I would like to disagree as I bought a 1973 Cortina 2000 GXL from Hangers in Birmingham and it had a black vinyl roof."

    World Cup 2006

Feels that the trail for WORLD CUP 2006 is inappropriate and should not be broadcast. "I have four children and I am worried they would mimic this advert and set fire to themselves." -

Feels that the trail for WORLD CUP 2006 is inappropriate and should not be broadcast. "This type of trail could influence children to set fire to a football and kick it around like the people in the advert." -

    Neighbours

"I was very annoyed that just before NEIGHBOURS the announcer stated that 'Nothing can prepare Janelle for the knockout blow that Angie is about to deliver'. This totally spoiled the storyline for me."

    LOL Steve A

You are right; they must have really sad boring lives to complain about such petty things.

They should stick all these nutters in the Big Brother house

EDIT: and anyone that still watches Neighbours.... Well no comment!

OMG what stupid comments, I really hope companies ignore them as much as possible... on a related note though I don't like Dr. Who - it's like Power Rangers for adults

BTW @ Allen, Elisha Cuthbert ftw :O

The only complaint i would make about the series is that they can't seem to come up with anything new (like killing off an older series supervillainrace-thing in two episodes..wtf?), still that guy needs to learn to move with the times
