Knew it was going to happen, at least he will be okay for the knock-out stages

i think it would be fantastic if we did well without him, say to the semi final and then he comes on for a few mins and does his stuff....only time will tell.

We've got more chance of having a warm & dry summer than England winning the world cup at the moment.

Both in my eyes are never going to happen - look at the skill throughout the whole of the teams like Brazil, Argentina and teams like that. We have 1 or 2 big names and a captain that seems to spend more time in front of the mirror shaving and posing about in his wife's... oh sorry his sarongs

Face it folks - we've got more chance of winning Eurovision next year with Tony Blair singing "I Love George Bush la-la-la-la" than the world cup coming to back to England.

At least when England get beat, I'll have already accepted it and moved on, rather than moping about and crying crocodile tears into my warm Australian gnat's pee of a lager

Tell you what then Lee as your feel so well confident that England wont go far in the World Cup..... If we do and actually win then do you agree to splash out for a night with you buying all the beers?

For you and Steve - yeah thats a bet little Brother

Just because we have 1 or 2 "big game" players doesn't mean we will win the trophy. They need to give 100% every minute they are on the pitch. None of this "oh it's only Trinidad & Tobago... let's play a 17 year old" attitude, they need to go out with all guns blazing from the off.

Like I said it's never ever going to happen, Ronadiniho will see to that

You will find that after a few beers, it does make you feel warm and sunny, so i agree that both will happen during this World Cup ...

Well.... we would have to play Brazil for Ronaldiniho to have any say in the matter and looking at the fixture list its unlikely we shall play them till the semis (if we get that far) by then anything could happen with injuries and suspensions.

Lets face it no1 would have put Greece to win the European championships would they ?

can u please avoid using Greece and European together in the same sentence, portuguese speaking over here

i dont see why England cant win the cup u had good football in both the last european and world cup, a major part in success is luck brazil certainly had it last cup. just avoid penalties

as your welsh, we will allow you that, as you will never see wales at any major championship, infact the only way you probably will see success and this includes scotland is the british Olympic team and they dont even want to do that ...

"Scotland/Wales dont want to be part of a British Football team for the olympics as we may do well and that will go against everything we stand for!"

    ^^^^

    And you know its true

England at football is not that great either! Look at all the penalties they have missed over the years! And the players crying. Players being sent off. Aww, they should stick to what they are good at, kissing each other!! lol
