Ask Dr Dolittle tbh ... im sure he could tell you ... I've heard hes quite expensive though ..
Woot 1500
He's telling you to kill, Kill, KILL
You need to feed the fella.
Didn't the whiskas advert teach you anything?
Wasn't happy with my Cat today, was late for work because i was chasing an ickle birdie she had caught around the living room, it was hopping off all over the place while she was trying to stalk it, put her out the managed to get him, he was unmarked but dazed so i stuck him in a dark box and told Jon to let him out on his way to work, Jon said he flew off fine afterwards
I had that the other week with Saffron. the bird flew away OK, but even after I shut the cats in all day, I still found it dead that evening. Probably shock.
My little baby is banged up in the vet hospital at the moment though, after being hit by a car last night. Damage is cuts, bruises, concussion and a pnuemo-thorax. Damage to me is a vets bill north of £400.
Both her mum and I are missing having her around though

Kitty cat meoWWWW......ill take that kiss now...
Thanks Shelley & Kitty. I was hoping she would have been home today after they kept her in for observation over night, but when they listened to her chest, they thought her lungs didn't sound quite right (dunno how they heard anything over her purr), so they asked permission to run some x-rays. That's when they discovered the pnuemo-thorax (for the non-medics, that's when the lung is damaged and leaks air into the chest - eventually it can cause the lung to collapse). Hopefully she will be home tomorrow, but it all depends on how she does tonight. If she improves without any further intervention, she will be home, if not, another stay.
Her Mum was miaowing all last night looking for her (kept me awake most of the night).

lol, all the cats in our neighbourhood come into our garden and drink from our pond.. i got my ownback unintentionally today - was wandering in the garden and i didn't see the cat that was on the edge of the pond, it saw me however and dived.. straight.. in.. (by mistake of course ) still, funny as **** to watch!

The good news is that Saffron is coming home today I've yet to find out the bad news, but the insurance should take care of it (I hope!).
She will need to be confined to a room though, which could be interesting, as she likes being outside.
Cheers,
Stephen
The peace is once more shattered, as my absent cat returns home. About all her mother did was hiss at her when she saw her.
Saff seems OK. She has some antibiotics to take and she has to go back on Saturday for a checkup. She now has yet another bare patch where they inserted a catheter, but otherwise seems her usual self.
Thanks for all the nice messages,
Stephen
Awww that's excellent! good to hear she's home Mum probably didn't recognise her at first because Saffron probably smells different, they'll be fineOriginally Posted by fat jez
