Right as title says we have got a cat he’s one and omg he’s the first cat iv known to like being picked up and cuddled at the age of one lol

Now what he’s been doing is protecting me, as in follows me to the bathroom sleeps on the floor next to me in the bed room and has even took to curling up on my tummy for a long time and even if my partner comes for a hug no matter what cat is doing he will come and jump in between.

When we first got him he was a layed back cat never followed us slept on windowsill and if he wanted to sit on you hed sit on your knees or at the side of you leaning his head on you.

So any idea as to whys he’s took to protecting me?

My sister has a Norwegian Forest Cat at it'll follow you round like a dog and loves being in your company. I'd just enjoy the fact he has such a nice temperament.

Sounds like a lovely cat, at least he sleeps on the floor next to you, 2 of my cats sleep next to me in the bed which is a pain as they usually end up taking up most of the bed.

Sounds a cool cat . Ours follows us around, we have to shut him in the house when we take the mutt for walks or the cat tries to tag along.
