    Ditto but even if I'm only uploading at 5kb/s I can still download at 150+ kb/s

    you've not got it setup right then

    i use utorrent and set upload to 10kb/s (on 10mb ntl) and i get about 1000kb-1200kb per second on some torrents (ubuntu distro for example)


    just need to forward the port to your pc from your router
    if you don't know how to then look at www.portforward.com they've got very good guides and explanations

    hmm ok i had heard about port forwarding before but never really looked into it.
    AMD3000+ ATIX800XL + GBNF44x mobo.. all at stock because they're good enough atm + CA A1 amp-->Mission 73S Loigtech MX1000 + 1GB ram + 1/3 TB HD array
    Wintendo XP + Linux (when it works) .. just incase you were wondering
