    If i stare at it without moving my mouse over it for some time, the whole image just turns blue like the castle is. Very clever stuff though.

    Very nice.

    Guess it's working by inverse colours. Our eyes constantly adjust to the colour range we see - sort of desensitising I guess. If you stare at some bold colours your eyes adjust to compensate. Suddenly stop looking and you have the adjustment for a short while, which adds colour bias. *if* you plan the bold colours so that they're the inverse of the real colours, the adjustment biases to the real colours as compensation and that remains for a moment while you see the black and white image.

    lol at first i didn't read the instuctions properly, thought it was like the jesus thing

    so i stared at it for 30 secs, then looked at a blank wall.. nothing (thought, this is crap..)


    then read it properly and WOW, thats amazing!

    I got it to work first time and immediately thought they were just taking the piss, chuffed at myself for spotting this obvious fraud...until I unfocused my eyes again!
