For those of you who don't know what they are, they are basically a (usually) free email address, that can be made within a second (no registration), and you can use them to sign up for things with. Then you can read the email.
Example, if you needed to get access to a website, but needed to register, and are worried about spam, then you could use a disposable email address.
One example of this is www.mailinator.com.
But, I just came across Jetable.org, now the reason I like this is because it gives you a fake email address (just as mailinator does) but it redirects it to your real email address of your choice, for a specified time. Which for me, seems to make it a bit easier.
