I'm an Sys Admin myself and we have a little policy going at the college. If we see someone trying to get around it we let it slip, BUT if they are constantly trying i.e. 20 bypass pages in like 5 minutes then it will be reported.

Symantec Web Security blocks alot of the stuff anyway.

But to be honest I don't think its worth risking your job/education just because you want to get on a website at work/school/college, just go on the site at home.

My mates school use something similar to net support. He brought up google images on someones computer while they were in a lesson and typed "naked boys"
The persons whose computer he hacked got suspended for 2 weeks but before the 2 weeks were up he confessed his crime and got suspended himself.
I personally think he got off quite lightly.

heh, i got suspended for writing a script that would delete the root directory of anyone who opened a particular folder on my drive. the sys admin wasnt happy, i got a suspension, they never came up with a viable reason why they were breaching my privacy
