Sounds off Soundboards

Hello all,

I'm after a couple of sounds I've found on a soundboard. How do I grab these files? Are there any plug-ins for FireFox or a program that can extract them from the soundboard itself?

Not sure of anything that can rip them, but tell me where to soundboard is and maybe i can record the sounds in cubase, save them as mp3s and send them you, if you like.

Easy. Something like Audacity. Set the recording source as 'Stereo Mix' or 'What U Hear', and press record, and click the desired sound
