    I think mine would go like this:

    Me: So God. You made Adam & Eve, right?
    God: Yes my son.
    Me: And they had 2 kids yeah? Cain & Able?
    God: That is correct. They followed my will and went forth and multiplied.
    Me: So let me get this straight. They had 2 male offspring and you never make no one else. So there was there some serious incest going on or were they hermaphrodites?
    God: No one likes a smart arse! <SMITE>
    Me: (now a zit for all eternity on Satan's arse) Bugger!
