    they're really good for forearms.
Also meant to be good for RSI and inbetween gym workouts.
Tried mine again a couple of months ago and tried timing for each arm - 60 seconds got much longer that day.
They do work though. I can never remember to do anything beneficial for more than 2-3 days at time, but once I did remember to use my powerball for 3 days and I swear I was on the verge of becoming vaguely muscular.

Does anyone own a chrome one? And if so is it worth getting one if you've already got a boring not even neon one?

    Challenge:
anyone who can do two powerballs at once (gonna need some assistance winding up) at full effort for 2 minutes, without puking, earns the right to wear a "I have passed the ball test" T-shirt (line stolen from Mighty Boosh)

I got mine for Xmas last year and managed 11,000 odd ... but that was with loads of practise. It was also with my weaker left arm which was odd

It also depends on which model you have - I have a training one, which has a low limit on it, which I use to keep my wrists supple (boxing and guitar playing) and I have an official powerball which I use for speed - about 10,000 is my best - I doubt I'm getting on that leaderboard anytime soon!

Got mine yesterday, highest is 10941 which I done just now
but I have been using it for a few hours at low speed while doing other stuff.

I lost a bit of skin from each little finger too

My wrists ache now.. although that might have been from excessive thowing of randomly weight objects yesterday at work

The trick to higher scores is technique as well as strength - the booklet is right when it says >13k scores only require a circle of revolution about a centimetre wide. That said, I'm still getting stuck at just under 12k with both hands with mine at the mo :-(.

Lol, I'd never heard of these before, but they look great fun .
Is it best to order them from the manufacturer's website (i.e. is there anywhere else that sells them for less?)
    Cheers guys
