not long to go now

i'm lucky enough to have scored tickets to the opening night near us really cant wait.

i'm certainly going in there with an open mind, not to sure about Daniel Craig as the new Bond but the film looks awesome.


anyone else off to see it?

yeh its a remake of the original film Casino Royale

however there not being very consistant with the story. In Dr No Bond's preferred weapon is the Baretta but he's forced to move to the PPK, however in this film he'll be using the Walther, also why is there a female 'M' - in Goldeneye there was a big thing about the first woman 'M'

however, its still going to be great just hope they dont overdo the special effects

(She's a good choice - but it does throw the logic off even further ... )

Actually CR has never been made as a proper Bond film.... as a spoof and a made-for-tv film - but never as a "proper" one.

Just went to a charity premier of the new bond film (in Reading) and OMG it's amazing.

I can't tell you how much of a buzz I got from that film. Would happily sit and watch it again.

Will be seeing it again on Friday with the wife - no doubts about it. Utter brilliant !!!

Don't want to spoil anyones fun, so this is just me ranting and raving, but in the past it was a choice Dr No or Goldeneye. Now it's Dr No or Casino Royale and tbh Casino Royale has the edge on 'bondiness'.

2 hrs and 20 mins of just bond. Brilliant.

I think Bond the films stopped following the books ages ago which is good because it meant they could keep making them, continuity in Bond does not bother me too much and I have never noticed but then maybe 12 year olds don't notice that sort of thing.

I liked MI:3 thought it was good chewing gum for the eyes, yes it was 'Merikan action film but was pretty gripping.
