lol, someone was wearing the same jumper as me in town the other day. Surely he doesn't own the right to what he's wearing...maybe that exact suit, but Kayne must have had one custom made - it just looks similar.

I think you're pushing it. Suing Kanye seems to make sense (unless you want to go off and refute the logic behind just about any likeness infringement case that's ever happened), but suing AOL doesn't because the fact that the videos exist on the internet isn't their fault.

Utterly true, although I hate Kanye too, I still give him kudos in his music production.

However sueing a search engine is stupid, and if it were to somehow someway go through, prepare for a whole new wave of lawsuits.

Evel's pretty old and decrepit now, I think he may even have cancer. He certainly has (or had) Hepatitis.

Anyway, he'll lose the case. I've seen the video, and it's clearly satirical, and thus protected from copyright infringement suits. It's also not IMO defamatory.
