I used to use subway all the time, but I started to get a bit lardy having them a couple of times a week..

Now it's the local sandwich shop for me

Subway use horrible processed cheese and re-form meat anyway.

I was not making out like that was breaking news, I was just stating one of the reasons why i prefer to use local independent retailers that use real good quality produce. People can buy there sandwich where they want.

All Subways flavour comes from the dressings they use. There are a few local guys that kick the hell out of Subway in terms of quality, price, choice and taste. They do ok, but the Subway usually has more customers. I guess that's down to advertising budgets more than anything else.

That said, i would take a Subway over McDonald's any day of the week.

Mines usually a Chiken Teriyaki or Meatballs, with italian herbs and cheese, lettuce and Southwest sauce. Pretty simple but delish

mayo with jalapenos in it. tasty as hell. wouldnt mind getting some to use at home from somewhere

No it is a spicy sauce, very very nice. Looks a bit like Mayo.

1) Typically 6-inch Toasted Italian BMT on Hearty Italian with gherkins, lettuce, olives and jalapenos topped off with Honey and Mustard dressing.

2) Small Diet Coke

3) Cookie - vary my choice, don't have a fav.

I go for the 'patented sub of the day', a bargain at £2!. Or I get the 'patented sub of the day meal' which includes 6 inch sub, a drink and a cookie or a packet of crisps .
To be honest it makes me feel better than eating a mc'ds
I only weigh 10 st so I am good for a while.

BMT, double meat, no salad, sweet onion + southwest sauce. Toasted on Hearty Italian, nicest butty youll ever taste, except for a beef wellington from sandwich heaven in manchester.
