They have no valve on their bladders, so constantly drip urine wherever they run. This can't be good when they run over kitchen work surfaces

We were lucky because they weren't nesting inside the house, and were mainly just running around in a cupboard where we kept pans and that but no food. We'd find like 3 droppings a week, which in some ways is worse than having a proper infestation cos you can't be sure you've got rid of them

Not yet unfortunately, but last night, I almost had it by the tail. I saw it run from under the couch and behind the tv unit thing, I knew it had been living in the drawer, so I pulled it open quick and there it was looking at me, it jumped up onto the side of the drawer and I was about to grab its tail and my dog stuck its nose in the drawer and the mouse disappeared.

Tonight, I have been and got some peanut butter, Ive baited the humane trap and put it inside the drawer, so hopefully, Ill be going on a long walk with it later on

Could do with borrowing a cat, I could put up with the sneezing for a week or two if it got rid of the mouse

I hear that a sheet of fablon with some cheese in the middle does the trick, you should find it with its feet stuck in the morning.

Reminds me of a mouse problem we used to have in the garage. My dad covered the place with poison pellets and left it for a few days. When we went to check on them we found the floor clear of the pellets, upon closer examination we found all the pellets piled neatly together in a couple of the corners.

    cheeky critters!
