There are a lot worse places to be, but there are a lot better places to be as well.I guess we are somewhere in the middle, but seeing i cant afford to emigrate, i'm stuck here.
for one thing, the UK is the country i was born in. It's my home. To me that counts for something.
Tbh a large amount of us are a pretty nice lot really. Cup of tea and a crumpet anyone?

well how about Scottish Lasses , Welsh women, Irish girls and English women
The food.
Yes im a chunker.
The Lake District.
Such an area of beauty and tranquility...
The history and heritage.
Currently though, the only thing I can think of is the strong pound and good exchange rates at the moment.
Personally, I have always liked the look of Canada. No particular reason really, just seemd like a really nice place to live. However, I would imagine all countries have their own similiar problems that you wouldn't notice really unless you lived there.
We seem to be the most vegetarian country in the world, which counts a lot for me
Other than that i'm starting to love Germany...i've been to Hannover quite a few times recently and even though it is similar to Sheffield in size and population, Sheff doesn't even get close in any other ways.
We have the most efficent and deadly special forces team in the world!!

Whats great about GB is that we ALL have two nationalities. Thats automatic at birth.
If you take landmass into account here we are probably the most powerful country in the world for our size.
The humour.
I'm not loving much else about Britain at the moment.
