I'm still slightly confused to how you know the perfume is fake. How different does it smell to the original?
The usuall difference is in the 'length' of a smell - its the same for the replica perfumes.

I have some replica Fahrenheit somewhere ( amusingly called ' Centigrade ' ) which does smell pretty much like the real thing , only the scent fades after about an hour , where as the real stuff lasts for a lot longer.

    Good idea

I didn't see your earlier post for some reason about the £15 - AFAIK they do charge that as Admin Fees

Trading standards would be worth a call as well. I would even suggest that you will accept his £15 but the perfume is with trading standards and he is able to contact them to have it returned. He must know its fake if he has given in so easy having specified returns conditions.
    1. he's sold fake before and received negative feedback
    2. wifey sprayed both on her arm, original was stronger and had a better smell
    3. the label on the bottom of the fake is different - seems a bit tacky
    4. I think the bottle is different - if you look very closely

As far as perfume goes so far I've bought only Gucci Rush off ebay for numerous Birthday presents...
However I have been the victim of a fake memory stick
Didnt cost me too much though and the thing does actually work as intended so im not too fussed...
Odds are if you start reporting as the other guys have said you'll probably risk negative feedback yourself.
If its 18 quid and I was you i'd cut my losses and be a tad more vigilant in future
