Overheating 9800XT

Im using the latest drivers (4.1) but my tempertature reading of my graphics card is 65.

After playing splinter cell for just 10 minutes, the reading was 71.

Surely this cannot be right. The card has not been overclocked and it seems like there is sufficient space for airflow inside my case.

Any ideas ?
