That psu would be more than enough. If you dont mind whether it is modular or not you can save another tenner:
Computer hardware and software at amazing prices, available online from Scan Computers UK
(not quite as powerful but should still be up to the job)
OR
Computer hardware and software at amazing prices, available online from Scan Computers UK
(has the power but not quite the quality of the 520W model, isnt modular either)
any of these psu's will be fine, you can see from the bjorn3d review i listed than none of the systems are drawing more than 300W (of the cards considered excl. G80 8800GTX)
Erm, both those 9600GTs require 1 6-pin connector only. It's the 9800GTX and 9800GX2 which needs 2 (though I'm staggered the GTX needs both, being essentially the same as the 8800GTS 512mb).
If you're wanting to stay beneath £125, then I'd recommend the HD3850 - best value for money out there right now in my opinion, and for a good bit less than £125 too.
Modular would avoid clutter of cables. You can use only what you need and hence reduce the amount of unused cables and in turn avoid blocking flow of air in the case.
Whereas, non-modular psus can have lots of cables attached to it and unused cables would just be stuffed within the space you have where optical drives.

8800GT at around £110 has to easily be the best value!
