FX5950 Dual Display Preferences? Need help!

I have a 19" CRT and a 17" CRT. I have them both connected to my FX5950. I have the 19" set as primary. Now what I want to be able to do is, Drag my broswer to my 17" so I can work in Bryce 5 on my 19". Right now I have it set to horizontal mode in the settings, but when I load Bryce its on both of the monitors. I want it just on one. I did this with my Radeon 9800 a while ago, and I want it on here. Can anyone help me out?
