Replacement cooler for Radeon 8500

Can anyone recommend a replacement cooler for a Radeon 8500?
I'm using it in my HTPC and the noise from the stock fan is getting really annoying...

maynard im about to buy a 8500 64mb card off someone, would you think this would give a large gain from a gf4 mx460 64mb which gets around 7k 3dmarks?

I couldn't tell you if you'd get a large gain from going to a Radeon 8500. But I would imagine it will be faster, but the picture quality will much better.
