Af far as I can remember don't you get slighty better image quality with omegas, but the offical ATI drivers a tad faster. Is this still the case?

Omegas are meant to have slightly better image quality0 though its arguable if its noticeable or not.

I think the cats generally get a few hundred more 3d marks in 03. I havnt tried the omegas myself simply because i havnt had any major probs with the cats. I'l definately give them a try soon though.

I noticed that, i got the 4.4 equivalent omegas and I ran 3D Mark '03 and noticed my score dropped by about 200 marks. Main reason i use Omegas though is for the built in RadLink function
