Did you kill your card or something? :E
Anyway for others with the same question you should go as high as the card will let you, WITHOUT the gpu getting past ~50c. Most cards are above that at stock... probably wont last too long then ... (funny how people dont like there cpus getting above 50, but gpu can be 80+ and there still happy to o/c - gfx cards usually cost more too....)
Thats ofcourse assuming your not also playing with the voltage controls but its a good idea to use common sense anyway...

tried , but they said cause they discontinued the card , i could not return it even though it is less than a year old.
edit: strange it will work only if i run it at stock speeds

5800 ultra,s dont overclock very well neway m8y are u using the coolbits mod for the driver tab to overclock if not download and give it a try
