TFT £500 max budget

Ok want either a 17" or 19" tft at the end of this month (so no day/week only).

So far considering going el cheapo LG 1710b or el expensivo samsung 193t.

Alot of my time on pc is web browsing, but when I do game its mainly fast paced fps (not sure on responce time issues for 19").

Anyway my ideal screen would be a 1720p but as you can't buy em over here that ones out.

Suggestions please!!!

Seen a samsung 193p on komplett little over budget at £515 but 20ms.

Still think I am gonna go for the 1710b as everything I read tells me ghosting on everything but 16ms screens.
