Are they no longer class I monitors? If it's class I then it's no dead pixels by definition and you can return it as not meeting the advertised spec. I thought all the ultra sharp range were class I.

Maybe that's the case now, I was just going from the wording on the dell website which said nothing about dead pixels. Either way I got it delivered last night and love it. Pixel perfect and only the very slightest bleed from the bottom left which isn't noticeable during use.

Hmm my U2311 is an Iso class I monitor, but I can't see anything in the specifications for the U2713 so maybe they've dropped to class II these days.

Get a 770. Why not? Don't scrimp, treat yourself, sell it when the AMD cards come out and you'll get just as much money back (in % of card value at new) so what's to loose other than FPS?

Re: The best way to go...

Whereas I'd rather get a 770 myself, if you're concerned about price you can't go wrong with the 760. Its a very nice boost over the 560 and is more than enough for 1080P in today's games.
When The Witcher 3 comes out you might find it'll struggle a little at top settings but the previous game looked great at medium settings so I'm sure it won't matter too much!
