    Dell 2005fpw

    i just brought a dell 2005fpw monitor

    it hasnt got any dead pixels or anything
    but the backlight isnt uniformed when in black screens and dark bits of games

    was just wondering is this normal of dell tft's or should i rma it ?

    thats a pic of my monitor in the dark but it doesnt look that bad its just made worse by the fact its a super low quailty cammera

    anyone got a pic of there dell with a black screen ?

    i know one of my freinds has the same monitor and says his is the same but is it right?

    Sounds like you've got backlight bleed which is common on these monitors. If it's bad & bothers you should be able to rma it.

    the problem is im not sure what counts as normal and i dont wanna rma this one and get a worse one
    other than the backlight couldnt be more impressed with the screen
