    kthxbye.

Fanboy? Pathetic word, go away. Ive had as many Nvidia cards as ATI, so go figure. The X1900XTX is the best card out, end of disscussion, there is nothing else to say.

Pathetic word to describe a pathetic type of person and you didn't comment on that benchmark table which clearly shows GTX512 winning about half of the benchmarks. I guess it proves you WRONG, so in your mind it doesn't exist

Plenty of things wrong with a table like that, im bored of people trying t argue just for the sake of it.

So your saying the 512mb GTX is better than a X1900XTX?

That's from aaaages ago here. IS ANY of this getting through to you? Anything at all?! Please for the love of God, let there be at least one brain cell doing something upstairs for you

And what makes the X1900XT the outright best buy atm is PRICING and AVAILABILITY. Not it's performance imo...

Like a lot of things its "horses for courses".

Running super-high resolutions with AA on, I cant see how any nVidia card could hold a candle to the X1900XTX.....I replaced overclocked SLI 7800GTs and the difference was huge at 1920x1200@4xAA.

At lower resolutions and/or no AA and the differences aren't so noticable.

With the cost of Sli, the performance is not relative, ie double. Until nvidia release the direct 1900 competitor and have time to settle the drivers in, we will all have to wait and see. Until then we all participate in speculative diatribes and some dabble with the odd pontification. [quivers with anticipation]

The XTX wipes the floor with high quality IQ, and decent res. people like Rhyth buy like SLI 7800GTx and then play at 800x600 on a 10 year old CRT.
