About LinkBacksfor some reasion i keep gettin a freeze up on my explorer and it reboots my explorer after about 5mins but i loose all my explorers open and my task bar why does this keep happening?

Sounds like something is causing a trap in explorer, have you looked in the event log for errors?
Have you tried the usual virus & spyware scans?
