Excel help

Ok i have a problem. for my as cousework i need to use a como box to write into a cell when . i.e.when i select an option it writes the value of te option. the data is stored on a seperate sheet.

any help would be needed as this has to be in tommorow. and this is the only out standing problem.like the ejeet i am i left this until the last minute.
