    Disappearing pop ups in IE7

On some pages in IE7, pop ups flash on the screen before disappearing again. For example, in UK Phonebook, I cannot display the interactive map permanently. It flashes briefly on the screen and then disappears - sometimes for about a second & other times for a fraction of a second. What is up? How can I make it stay up?
