QX9650 with intel DP35DP?

Hi, Just tried installing this setup. With the latest bios update it boots you can go in to bios but before it starts to load windows it says in yellow text 'this processor is not supported by the board blah blah will shut down in 10sec'

now the only intel board that is supported is the x38 chipest which is no good for me, is there away to turn this off on the DP35DP? Does anyone else know this issue?

Oh and it detects the CPU right in the bios
