Ok this is a really annoying problem - it started last week and I was away till Friday so only just came back to it.

Two issues I am having:

1) If I receive a group email and hit "reply to all" it automatically adds my own email address in the recipients list, therefore I receive twice as much email only against certain people

2) Sometimes I will receive a group email and scroll down to find conversation/emails which I didnt receive, I seem to miss communication from certain people again.

Any ideas? The IT department are being too slow!
