Pc has gone back in time (Help)

Normally when i start up my computer i have to selected what oparating system i'd like to use (Xp or Vista) and then i'd log on to my only user (Me).

But Today i decided i no longer needed to protect my username with a password so i went the normal route and removed the password,I then restart my computer as the internet went down and the pc didn't ask me to choose just went to xp then to the login.Once my computer logged on i realised that i had the same stuff i had in my music folders and so on about a year ago when i changed to the duel oprating system.

All my current work/Music that i had on there has all vanished,My pc has gone back into and i have to system restore point to try.
