Micro Direct = CRAP!

You will not guess what i got today??? A surprise in the post.... Yes that's right today 8/8/08
just under 3 months of waiting to get my shuttle back, it arrived back into my arms.

And am i happy??? I think the writing in red says it all?

If you were hoping for a happy ending well your not going to read one as not only have they not fixed the problem of the faulty PSU but they have also damaged the front of the shuttle. The card reader flap is broken and will not stay up.

PSU is still the same as it has same S/N.

So after almost 3 months it has come back to me in a worse state then when i sent it.
