    Unhappy Missing my Shuttle SD39P2

I made the mistake of buying my shuttle from Mircodirect and have now been with out my PC for over a month,

All that needed doing was a PSU needed to be changed as it had a intermittent fault where it would not power up.
If i knew how long i would be with out my shuttle by sending it off, i would have changed the PSU myself.

But as its still under warranty i thought i would send it back. After several e-mails of them not knowing if they had even received it?
Then saying that they had it but there was a back log. The last e-mail has taken the biscuit... after having the shuttle for
3 weeks they have confirmed that there is a fault with the PSU and that they need to send it off to Shuttle in Europe and that it will be
    another 2-3weeks.

    What can i do?

I guess so Unless you want to make the effort to complain, maybe you'll get some money off them, more than likely you won't, and it will still take however long they say it will.

I would hang tight with Shuttle it took them three months to reply to an email about my system. They are shocking on the support front and their turn around time is huge.

Looks like microdirect has the same attitude as your sig

I'd push for a full refund and potential compensation if possible.

If you get no luck there, try your creditcard company.

    Re: Missing my Shuttle SD39P2

If there is a problem with your shuttle then MicroDirect will just pass it back to shuttle who will in turn take up to 3 months to even bother about fixing it or replacing it. Shuttle are shocking at their turn around. Might be worth calling micro direct and asking where the shuttle is. If they have it great, if they sent it to Shuttle, buckle down for a long wait.

I would have bitten the bullet and bought the PSU and did the change over myself. My own Shuttle is having the same issues (its a known fault, but they seem to ignore it) but i have an older Shuttle with the same PSU so at the weekend i'll have to swap them over.

Have you tried phoning Shuttle? Go have a chat with your CC provider and start priming them.

    Re: Missing my Shuttle SD39P2

Have had it with this company... I call them up and get told that it will be with me by Friday have been told this twice and guess what it never does. So called up again asking to speak to manager... and he is never in but they will get him to call me back... but again guess what i never get a call back.

I don’t know how much more i can take dealing with this piss poor service... starting to think that they have just lost my PC.

Have taken this up with trading standards and will hear back from them by Monday.
