800XL - is there a market?

Hi all,
As my user name states - I still have my original 800XL computer. I also have a matching cassette player & (if I can find them) a few games & magazines.

Is there a market for this sort of thing ?

I heard that they used to be bought up by people learning music (I have no idea why)

Now I think about it,
I also have my first 'real' computer - a Hyundai (5.25 & 3.5fdd) DOSS only machine - complete with its own monitor, keyboard etc.

Again - is there a market for this ?

There is also a wide carriage Dot Matrix printer which should sell separately.


All in excellent, very little used condition (honestly)

can't sell things on here unless you have 100 posts, and it's in the wrong place for a start...

unless your asking for prices? (but it doesn't seem that way to me.... so, sorry if thats what you were doing)

but as for market, i dunno, but online aution sites? local paper?

ebay will probably be your best bet unless you can find a collector of old computers...

not a massive amount of bids on the above items, but probably doesnt hurt to pop it on there and flog it

I certainly wasn't trying to sell - on here anyway.

I was enquiring as to whether there might still be a market for such items.
