    Fresh Install Partitions Help

I did a fresh install on my C: drive tonight. Before i formatted i copied some music and other things to my F: partition on the same HDD. After i booted up, i went to check it out and nothing would work. Neither would the other drives.

So went into safe mode and administrators and set the security settings on the partition. All the other ones are working fine now apart from F:, i've changed all the settings to exactly the same as the other partitions but no joy.

When you say it's not working, what exactly happens when you try to browse to the partition? I assume you can see them under "My Computer" and you're double clicking on them from there?

Ok, so what are the permissions set to on the drive? (Did you select the 'replace persmissions on child objects' when you changed the permissioning for the drive?)
