Advice onPurchase of Sony/or other Mini Hi Fi System

Hi there,
After some fabulous advice about a problem I have with playing my Mini Discs I have come to the conclusion that my poor old Sony HiFi Component system DHC-MD373 will not playback recordings of my MP3 collection made on my Sony Net Walkman MZ-N710 because the Net walkman records in LP2 and the Hi Fi system only reads SP.
I am using the latest version of Sonic which records great and plays great on the Net walkman, so have decided to spend some hard earnt money on upgrading my Hi Fi system, due to it being in my offic I would prefer to go for a Mini system but it must support LP2 discs, can anybody sujest a model that will do this and is complete with Cd/Tuner and Mini Disc player.

I have hundreds of discs which play fine but since using the latest sonic they Read, act as if they are playing but no sound.
I am running Vista Ultimate.x

If any system has radio, try to get DAB (digital audio broadcasting). There's no date yet for the switchover from FM (2020 has been suggested, so >11 years might not worry you), but if you're spending Bose-type money you might want the system to last for a while.
