Vista OEM Help

I have recently purchased a copy of Microsoft Windows Vista Home Basic OEM version in error - meaning to buy the Home Premium version. I only realised this error once I had broken the seal on the cardboard sleave. Is there any way that I can sell this on to somebody else legally? I realise that Scan won't take it back, but I would like to try and limit the damage as I don't want to waste all of my money, or install this version.

I know I'm a complete idiot, but can anybody suggest a legal solution?
