Hi everyone, I was just wondering about this because when I go on a website to look for my IP address on a website it is different from when I put ipconfig /all in cmd (command prompt). Why is this? Just wondering Thanks!

your router will give you an internal IP eg 192.168.1.2 your ISP will give you an external address eg 217.151.10.10 the router will then use NAT to route your traffic from your internal addresses to your ISPs network.
