Standby problems...

I'm still having problems resuming from standby and I can't get to the bottom of why it's happening. It happened in both the Win 7 RC and in the full version and updating drivers/the BIOS doesn't help. It does seem to work sometimes and seems more likely to happen when it's been on standby for longer i.e. a few hours or so. When it fails the monitor stays in power saving mode and the NumLock light on the keyboard stays off.
Any ideas what might be causing it/how to sort it out?

Specs: Sapphire 780V motherboard, Win 7, 350W Seasonic-made PSU included with Antec Minuet 350 case.
