Only one PCI device shows up

Got a odd one here for you guys.

I've had my current PC up and running since Feb(ish) and have had no problems with it.

I had one PCI device installed which was my Asus Xonar D1 sound card.

Now today i go to install a Hauppauge Nova TD 500 DVB-T card PCI. (I had it in my old PC but didn't re install it when i rebuilt it)

Now Windows install the device fine and everything seems hunky dory.
But i notice that i now seem to have no sound. I look in the playback device for sound box and the only thing there is my graphics cards HDMI output.

At first i thought that i might have knocked the card but i don't think i have.
When i remove the SPDIF cable there is still the red light for it so the card seems to have power.

Have you guys got any ideas as i seem to be stumped.

Only got two slots and both of them are taken up with the Sound Card and TV tuner

Switch the 2 cards over and see what happens - it's likely an IRQ conflict of some sort. What motherboard do you have?
