Hi,

I have a brother MFC-7840N fax and its transmission reports is set not to print. However I find transmission reports whenever I am at the fax. I suspect its from the PC-Fax (Brother own network fax software) that we are using. But I have been unable to find a setting to modify the report setting. Has anyone encountered this issue or know of a way to solve it?
